Buying building materials often starts with scattered calls, files and prices that are hard to compare. Watad does not replace buyer or supplier expertise; it gives both a shared space that preserves details and clarifies responsibilities.
Saudi from the start
Arabic is the primary language, Riyadh is the initial launch area, and commercial and tax requirements are designed for the Saudi market.
Privacy built into the product
Each supplier sees only its own offer. Access permissions are reviewed to protect your data, and sensitive information is not made public.
Facts before promises
We do not present a feature, city or external provider as ready before its testing and approval are complete.

From project needs to comparable offers
Buyers choose an individual or business account. An individual account remains individual until an upgrade is requested and business verification is complete. We do not automatically change financial identity because of order quantity.
Opportunities in your area. Your offer stays private.
In the first version, suppliers are verified businesses. Once approved, they see relevant opportunities and submit offers without seeing competitors’ offers or buyer contact details before selection.
